Wendy's background includes over 20 years of Corporate Customer Care experience, including roles in Senior Management for Customer Care and Quality Assurance.  

With customer care/quality experience, Wendy is client focused, understanding the need for last minute “rush” closings and the importance of completing those requests accurately and in a professional manner.

In addition to being an NNA Certified Signing Agent, Wendy is also an FHA approved Certified Residential Appraiser with Real Estate background.
